GHRP-6

For effective timing, protein intake is advisable within 40 minutes after the hormonal spike, particularly with arginine, glutamine, and D-aspartic acid known to delay the release.

Administration Guidelines

Recommended usage is 1-2 µg per kilo of body weight daily, divided into 2-3 doses. Injections should occur on an empty stomach, at least two hours before and one hour after meals. Opting for low-carbohydrate, low-fat meals is encouraged.

For individuals over 40, only one dose per day is advised. Typical cycles for administering GHRP-6 last two months, followed by a break of 1-2 weeks to prevent unnecessary pituitary exhaustion. Co-administration with GHRP-2, CJC-1295, or CJC-1295 can potently amplify its effects.
