Salbutamol

Albuterol(Salbutamol) is a selective beta-2 agonist like clenbuterol used for treatment of asthma medically . It is used as a fat burner by bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts. Effects are very similar to the Clenbuterol increases lypolysis(breakdown of lipids) by increasing body temperature via increase of basal metabolic rate and decrease of appetite.

In recent years it is becoming more popular than clenbuterol for fat loss. It is a safer alternative than Clenbuterol. Main difference is their half lives. Clenbuterol has a half life of 7-9 hours, albuterol half life is just 3-4 hours. So less side effects, much lower level of beta-2 receptor downgrade and more easy to adjust sleep and rest times. It has has less side effects such as shakes and more focus ability.

Albuterol has slightly more anabolic effect than the clenbuterol. Studies showed improvements in strength and lean mass. Actually animal studies shows greater mass gains. One of my friend asked what to give to his pitbull for muscle gains and and I advised albuterol for only 3 weeks. After 3 weeks his little ripped doggy turned into a mass monster I couldn’t believe my eyes. Lean mass gains in humans is not such great but still noticeable.

Also it has health benefits like increasing good cholesterol HDL and decreasing bad cholesterol LDL. You can include albuterol into your cycle, in pct(post cycle therapy) and bridging between cycles. So you can control elevated cholesterol levels because of anabolic steroids and keeping gains after the steroid cycles.

Dosage

Start taking 1 tab daily then slowly increase your dosage up to maximum 20mg daily. Split dosages 3 times a day, for most 12-16mg daily is optimal dosage.

Women should take half of that dose.

Like clenbuterol, albuterol down regulates the beta-2 receptors, results diminish over time but it takes longer than the clenbuterol due to short half life.

Recommend short cycles 3 weeks on and 1 week of for total 3 short cycles then you should give a long break of at least 3 months. So you can refresh your receptors and give your body a rest.

Side Effects

Albuterol has major stimulant side effects such as; increased hearth rate, high blood pressure, tremors, insomnia, sweating and loss of appetite. Like clenbuterol it depletes amino acid Taurine levels so cramps occur. Taurine supplementing is highly recommended to prevent muscle cramps.

Albuterol is a much better and safer alternative to the Clenbuterol. Yes clenbuterol fat burner effect is more than the albuterol but also the side effects. With albuterol less severe unpleasant side effects, more anabolic results and longer usage time.

Recommend taking supplements, Omega3, CLA, ALA, multi vitamins-minerals, amino acids(especially Taurine) and milk thistle when you are on albuterol.
